Redmond implemented a company-branded Corporate Secure Inbox (CSI) on both of their corporate websites, and provided their clients the ability to “Send Secure Docs” to the proper company representives.
Each of their Loan Officers can receive his or her own secure messages, in a secure encrypted manner, without the need to have the clients register or download any software.
Redmond also uses the Secure Messaging product to send out-bound messages back to their clients and business partners.
The end-to-end encrypted Secure Communications platform allows Redmond Mortgage to operate more efficiently, without the added cost and burden of facsimile, paper mail, or courier expense.
